Doesn't make it all better. I know.

I wish there was something I could do to take that pain away. I that it made you frustrated. I know it feels unfair. Believe me, I know that sting. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

But I want to thank you for your openness about your experience.

I started Strattera. I'm on my fourth day. I think it's going to make a difference and I wouldn't have thought to try it if you hadn't written about it.

And I want to say also that you are marvelous and complex and so much more than a few pieces of paperwork. I've got stashes of mail that old, too. And I'm doing more or less OK, so that mail must not be that important in the grand scheme.

Plus, look how deftly you handled the situation. Someone else might have been reduced to panic or despair. You dealt with it and moved on. Jesus, I would never have thought to call the financing company.
