Just tell me who dies and how much room there is for either spin-off books and movies, or a heretofore unplanned 8th novel.

I FINISHED it at 5 pm on Saturday. Lots of people die. I personally think there's not much room for an 8th novel. This one wrapped up all the loose ends. And, no, I won't tell you who dies. I guess I do have a bit of the sadist in me after all!
No more than I'm a masochist for opening myself up to comments like these. ;)
